To reserve an event date, the Villa Filomena requires a non-refundable 50% deposit, with a signed rental agreement. The balance due must be paid in full no later than thirty days prior to the event. If there is a cancellation six months prior to the event date, there is an additional $1,000.00 fee.
For use of the entire Villa Filomena, including the Chandelier Ballroom, the Fitzgerald Parlor and the outdoor terrace patio:
WEEKDAYS and WEEKNIGHTS (Mon-Thurs)
$1400 for first 4 hours, $150 each additional hour
FRIDAYS and SUNDAYS
$2100 for first 4 hours, $200 each additional hour
SATURDAYS and HOLIDAYS
$2500 for first 4 hours, $200 each additional hour
For the use of The Fitzgerald Parlor only (50 guests maximum):
WEEKDAYS and WEEKNIGHTS (Mon-Thurs)
$900 for first 4 hours, $150 each additional hour
FRIDAYS and SUNDAYS
$1100 for first 4 hours, $150 each additional hour
SATURDAYS and HOLIDAYS
$1300 for first 4 hours, $150 each additional hour
The Villa Filomena also has a Special Wedding Ceremony-Only package available. The rental rate is $1500 for three hours, subject to availability of the Villa Filomena plus $150 for each additional hour or for rehearsal time. Wedding ceremonies can be held on the outdoor private patio (which seats 125 guests) or in the Chandelier Ballroom (which seats 225+ guests).
